Clare Radigan, featured March Artist for the Deltona Art Club, displays her acrylic painting "Florida Natives." BY BARBARA GIZZI Clare Radigan is the featured March Artist of the Month for the Deltona Art Club . She's a new member of our club, and we're happy to be able to display her acrylic painting Florida Natives inside the doors of Deltona City Hall. Clare was born and raised in Virginia, where she majored in painting and printing at Virginia Commonwealth University. After graduating, she moved to San Francisco, where she earned her master's degree in art at San Francisco State.
